GONASE 10K Capsules contain Pancreatin 150 mg in enteric-coated minimicrospheres designed to aid digestion and support pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy. Each capsule provides Lipase 10,000 USP Units, Amylase 33,200 USP Units, and Protease 37,500 USP Units to help digest fats, carbohydrates, and proteins effectively.

Composition (per capsule):

• Pancreatin (enteric-coated pellets) equivalent to Pancreatin IP 150 mg
• Lipase: 10,000 USP Units
• Amylase: 33,200 USP Units
• Protease: 37,500 USP Units

Indications:

• Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency
• Chronic pancreatitis
• Pancreatectomy
• Malabsorption associated with pancreatic enzyme deficiency
